About Catalyst Behavioral Interventions
Catalyst Behavioral Interventions was built on a simple belief: meaningful change is possible when people have the right support, a clear direction, and a space where they can show up honestly. I provide evidence-based therapy in Greeley, Colorado for adults, adolescents, Veterans, and couples.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. I integrate evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, client-centered therapy, and existential approaches to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and move forward with intention.

Founder, Veteran, & Therapist
I work with adults, adolescents, Veterans, and couples who want more than symptom relief, they want clarity, stability, and meaningful change.
My style is direct, calm, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when clients feel respected, supported, and appropriately challenged. Sessions focus on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and translating insight into real-world action.
I bring particular care and understanding to working with Veterans and individuals impacted by trauma, as well as couples navigating communication breakdowns, conflict, or major life transitions. Therapy is structured but flexible, always tailored to the person or relationship in front of me.
Clients often describe me as grounded, engaged, and steady. I value honesty, curiosity, and the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful work.
Our Commitment
At Catalyst Behavioral Interventions, we are committed to ethical practice, clinical integrity, and respect for each client’s unique experience. Therapy is a professional relationship built on trust, and we take that responsibility seriously.
