If you contact Catalyst by phone, email, or the practice contact form, you choose what information to provide. Catalyst uses your inquiry to respond to your questions and discuss requested services. Please avoid sending detailed clinical histories or other sensitive information through ordinary email. Current clients should use the client portal for client communication.
